We offer a 7-day return window from the date your order is delivered. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

To begin a return, contact us at contact@goodlifebloom01.store. Do not send items back without written return instructions. Return eligibility, labels, and the return address will be provided after we review your request.

Once a returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval decision. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Banks and payment providers may require additional processing time.

Damaged, incorrect, or missing items must be reported promptly after delivery with your order number and clear supporting information. This policy does not limit rights available under applicable consumer protection laws.
